Day 67. Picking up the Pace

Mile 2147 – Namacanta To Mile 2164 – Rainbow Spring

The trail really starts to flatten out now until Katahdin, so despite the soggy ground, we are able to walk quite a bit faster. The rain is ending and our focus is on exiting the wilderness. There is a small camp store that we will pass tomorrow before the entrance to Baxter and we spent a significant part of today dreaming about what food we might be able to get there.
