Day 89. PA is Improving

Mile 942 – Stealth To Mile 960 – Stealth

We are finally getting out of the industrial area and into more agricultural lands. The views through the trees are of rolling hills and farmland.

Temperatures during the day have been in the 40’s and 50’s. Perfect hiking weather. There has been one night below freezing so far but we know the cold weather is coming. We have almost completely switched over to our winter gear at this point so we are staying warm and dry at night. The hardest part is being motivated to venture out of the tent on cold mornings! A hot cup of hot chocolate prepared by dad usually does the trick.
