Mile 169 – Stealth To Mile 191 – Stealth
As we approach the outskirts of Flagstaff we are starting to see a lot more people on the trails. Mountain biking seems to be especially popular. We actually skipped a planned water source today because there were a bunch of people around for some event and it just seemed too weird to start scooping muddy water from the pond while surrounded by coolers full of cold beverages!

The sound of the wind through the Aspen trees is incredible. Even though we skipped the muddy pond, we later got water (that we never ended up using) that was so full of red mud it looked like orange juice. Yum.
